What is your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
MOQ starts from 500 pcs per SKU for trial orders. For repeat orders, we support from 3,000 pcs.
How long is the sampling time?
Sampling takes 7-15 working days after we receive your reference product and brief.
How long is mass production lead time?
25-35 working days after sample confirmation and deposit received.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight for large orders.
Do you provide packaging sourcing?
Yes. We work with vetted suppliers for glass bottles, PCR plastic, aluminum tubes and jars. You can also supply your own packaging.
Can you develop a formula based on my reference product?
Yes. Send us your reference product and target price, our R&D team will develop a comparable or improved formula.
Who pays for samples and international shipping?
We provide free samples (1-2 pcs). The buyer covers the international courier cost (DHL/FedEx, approx. USD 50-100 depending on destination). Once a bulk order is confirmed, we deduct the sample courier fee from your invoice. Customs duties at destination are borne by the buyer.
